Which colleges can I get in 2nd phase of counselling for civil engineering? I got 614 branch rank.

    If you are looking for an IIT, a branch rank of 614 might get you into a good IIT for civil engineering. If it's a state-level exam, a similar rank might get you into a good state government engineering college. For example, in Rajasthan, if you have a good state rank, you could get into MNIT Jaipur.
