You can pursue this course in Delhi University. But mainly it depends on the best 4 subjects in class 12th and if you belong to the general category, you can get admission in out of campus college like as PGDAV, Zakir Husain-Delhi, SSN and many more. You have high chances of getting admission in DU colleges and you can also take admission in private colleges. You can choose one according to your convenience.
