Which colleges can I get in West Bengal? I have got 4603 general rank in JELET exam for civil engineering.

You rank is less so you should look for colleges which have options for lateral entry or have their own set of criteria for admission and is good for placements. I would suggest you UEM, Kolkata and to get a glimpse of the college and its admission process try visiting:
