Which colleges can I get into with 83.5 percentile in JEE Mains? Can I get any into NIT with a decent branch?

No, with an 83.5 percentile, getting Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at any NIT is almost impossible.

CSE cutoffs at even lower-tier NITs typically require 97–99+ percentile, and top-tier ones demand 99.2–99.5 percentile

With 83.5 percentile in JEE Mains it is very difficult to get a good IIT or NIT but you can surely get NIT with low cutoff like NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Raipur, NIT Goa and there are some private colleges like KIIT, BIT Mersa, IIITM Gwalior and more with decent branch li
