It is difficult to take admissions on the basis of JEE marks also as per your IP rank it is bit tough to get into top college. What is your 12th percentage? There are many good universities which provide admission as well as scholarship based upon 12th marks. Check for : -BITS, Pilani -BIT Mesra,
