Which colleges can I get with 164 marks and 14824 AIR in JEE Advanced?
I have scored 169 marks in MH-CET and hoping to get a rank under 500. Also, I belong to general category. Is there a chance of getting into IIT? If not, which NIT should I prefer or should I go for COEP?

You can get admission in BITS Pilani or BIT Mesra. These are the top colleges. -

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.

Getting IIT is possible but in that you can't get the core branch at this rank, I'll suggest you to opt for the COEP and there, you can get the core branch that would be more beneficial for your future. -
You can get any of the IITS, as you have cleared the cut off.
