Which colleges can I get with 22 marks in JEE Mains and 47 marks in MHT-CET 2017?

I completed my 12th boards with 74% marks and I belong to OBC category.

    Sorry, but both scores are low. You will not get admission based on these score. So, go for any other course than engineering. Or take admission in any private institute.
