You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.

Frankly speaking your chances of getting any national college are meagre. I would suggest you to try for your state entrance exam and work hard for it. You would get into some good local college. All the best.
