Which colleges can offer me admission for B.Com in Mumbai?

Frankly speaking, you won't make it any top college viz. NM, Jai Hind, HR or Podar, unless you're covered under any quota, which I safely assume you aren't. Rest of the colleges, it really doesn't matter. None of them have concerns about attendance. I suppose you should be indifferent about the coll
