Which colleges can provide me admission without any donation? I have scored 217 marks in JEE Mains paper 2.

Based on your results in JEE, you might get a scholarship but make sure that if a college gives you a free seat, check the quality, placement records, how many doctorate holders and after a clear-cut picture, you can step into a free seat college.
Mainly check the MOU's library.
