Look U can't get admission on the basis of a2th class marks alone , u have to attemt any of the entrance exms lyk AIEEE/IIT/etc. etc.
But there are some colleges which consider some % of 12th marks and list a merit ,ist for these students.

Charvi- Unfortunately there are no any colleges in India (Except Open Universities) which gives admission to B.E/B.Tech on the basis of 12th marks.
Atleast you should attempt for CET/AIEEE. and then ask for donation entry in private engg. college.
