Which colleges I can take admission in if I haven't studied for complete 3 years?

I'm have passed class 12th with 60% and looking to take up engineering with CSE branch in a metro city.

    Well, you are still eligible for some state engineering entrance examinations like UPSEE. And also, you can apply for some private universities. Good Luck.
