Yes u can get gud engineering college.many colleges are in India having so much gud scholarship plans for the engineering concern admission and taking admission on the basis of what you have got in 12th examination an don that percentage .they are offering the programs.the top colleges offering the

No.Its a rare to get for this jee mark.But miracles can happen if some vaccant seats are found at the last time
