Delhi University is probably the largest university, which takes into consideration the marks of class 12th standard. Certain private colleges like Amity University also take candidates through their class 12th percentage. IISER conducts it's own aptitude test for which it shortlists candidates on the basis of their class 12th percentage. St. Xavier College, Christ University also take candidates on the basis of their class 12th percentage.
