Hi Rutuja,
The JEE main paper 2 scores are accepted by 9 NIT's, 5 SFTI's (Self-Financed Technical Institutes) and Chandigarh College of Architecture. Some of the popular colleges in Maharastra accepting the JEE score are:
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur
Vishwakarma Institute

I searched colleges in Maharashtra given by you. I don't find architecture branch in it.
