Which colleges is best for MBBS among PMCH - Patna and Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital?

Undoubtedly PMCH, though CNMC is considered as one of the top government colleges in WB. It's infrastructure for studies is very poor according to recent MCI reports. There were even controversies as MCI threatened to lower the seats for MBBS this year due to poor infrastructure.
