Without a question Both universities are well-known and have excellent staff for the CSE branch; however, if I had to choose one, I would choose CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY because it would provide you with a better overall openness.     NIT Kurukshetra is better college to pursue CSE because NIT provides good course curriculum, good quality of CSE faculty members, good placements and good computer labs also.

    Both the colleges are very reputed and both have excellent faculty for CSE branch, but to choose one, I would go with NIT KURUKSHETRA as my choice as it would provide you a better all round exposure.
