I'll prefer you to opt for the JSS as this college is the best college then Mahatma Gandhi Mission college that you have mentioned in the list above as this college in all the terms whether it is infra, faculty and placements.

JSS Noida is way ahead of the MGM as it is among top colleges of APJKTU (UPTU) but its cutoff is very high so it also depends on your score of UPSEE.

JSS noida is far better in terms of crowd, faculty and placements, don't go for MGM Noida.
