Which colleges offer admission on the basis of B.Tech based on boards percentage?

Top and above average colleges don't take admission on the basis of 12th percentage only. Some average and below average private colleges offer admission on the basis of 12th percentage so I won't recommend you to join such colleges as you will face issues in the long run.
