Which colleges offer B.Tech in machine learning and artificial intelligence? I have scored 60% in 12th and 39 marks in JEE Mains.

Not so sure but you will find these kinds of subjects in B.Tech or sometimes in B.Tech (Hons). Here in LPU, from this session, they started a theoretical concept of AI. And talking about machine learning (is it machine language programming?) You will find this in BCA and B.Tech both.
