Go for UEM, Kolkata and to know more information about the college and courses visit here https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-engineering-and-management-kolkata-47398 but, i would suggest you for M.Tech after you B.Tech.

There are many deemed university offering B.Tech+MBA course, under UGC Act, so you tell me your preference, then I suggest better college for this course in India.
