    Most of the colleges take admission only when you clear the GATE exam. Moreover, you should check the cutoff of the different colleges, as it gets changed every year.

    Dear Harshraj,
    In order to choose M.Tech, firstly make sure that to get enough marks to qualify GATE, or else many colleges accept admission through their own merit test. To know more about engineering colleges that suits for you please go through below link

    You can prefer new IITs and NITs, if you have under 5k rank. Otherwise, you can get only state government colleges with low scorecard.
