Which colleges should I get on the basis of these marks? I got 81 marks in NATA, 145 marks in JEE and 76% in 12th CBSE board.

The good point is you cleared NATA. With these scores, I don't think any good NIT will be on offer, why not choose the best option outside of NITs? I suggest you go in for LPU. Eligibility Criteria is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II) (60 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21). Or
Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II) (60 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21). Admission Criteria is: Merit prepared with weightage of 50% marks for aptitude tests NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II) and 50% marks in the qualifying examination. LPU has a certain niche and ensures the following programme outcomes:
1 : Comprehend design approach and inter-relationship of function, circulation, structure, material and construction, climatology, services, form, aesthetics and apply the knowledge in built environment.
2 : Interpret the facet of architectural design and urban realm context through schematic drawings, project report, physical model and 3 D visualizations.
3 : Analyze and appraise through research, various aspects of anthropometry, building technology, materials, structural analysis and design, history, art, culture, humanities, landscape, assessment methods, architectural computation and management of resources.

You can easily get admission in any good NIT in the branch in which you desire in the JEE Mains for the B.Tech but you can't opt for the B.Arch at this score.
