Which colleges should I get on the basis of these marks? I got 81 marks in NATA, 145 marks in JEE and 76% in 12th CBSE board.

The good point is you cleared NATA. With these scores, I don't think any good NIT will be on offer, why not choose the best option outside of NITs? I suggest you go in for LPU. You can easily get admission in any good NIT in the branch in which you desire in the JEE Mains for the B.Tech but you can't opt for the B.Arch at this score.

Unfortunately you can't get any good government college. You may apply to private colleges for pursuing B.Arch. you don't have sufficient scores.
