    Dear aspirant,
With a CAT percentile of 80, you can strive for tier 2 colleges. Some of the better ones are: 1. TAPMI- Good for marketing and HR 2. IMT Nagpur- Good for marketing 3. Icfai Business School- Good for finance 4. Christ University, Bangalore 5. LIBA, Chennai- Good for IT profiles 6. IISWBM, Kolkata 7. IMI, Kolkata- Good for marketing These are decent colleges and ensure placements in decent organisations provided you are in the top 25% of the batch. Take a call depending on the specialisation you want to opt for.

You have a good chance of getting calls from colleges like TAPMI, GIM, Welingkar, IFMR, LIBA, Great Lakes, IBS-Hyderabad/Mumbai campus, IMT-Nagpur, XIME-Bangalore, Christ-Bangalore, IMI-Kolkata, Alliance University, NIBM-Pune (if you have a keen interest and work experience in Banking-Finance sector), BIMHRD-Pune. As you have prior work experience than you can expect a call from any of the above colleges.
