which collleges should i apply i hv 50% in cat and done b.tech in graduation with 76% i need a specific colg list with good ROI..please help

Your CAT percentile is very low. I suggest, you look at giving your CMAT in February, this year. CMAT is conducted by AICTE and CMAT score is accepted by all the B Schools in India. You can visit the website, www.aicte-cmat.in for details.
