Hello Kalyan! B.Tech+MBA is a better option than BBA. The reason being choosing B.Tech will help you in getting the necessary technical skills and knowledge. After completing your MBA, you will acquire the managerial skills too. And any organization would prefer hiring someone who has both technical as well as business skill-sets, rather than someone who has knowledge of only managerial skills; making him one-dimensional.

Based on market trends recruiters of top corporate prefer B.Tech-MBA grads over BBA-MBA grads because they can be employed in both technical and non technical management functions but vice versa is not true. BBA-MBA grads can be employed in non technical roles only.
