Which combinatn (finance&Hr) or (finance&markg)is suitable 4 taking the positn of mangt consultant or operatn manager in financial sector?

I am a bcom grad with 4 yrs exp the banking ops .my skills were, team managtt, client handling, escalation, training, process ,administration managt , following the RBI policies, MIS report,etc.I have never been into Target job & not even sales. Pursuing MBA,from Tier 2 clg,& want this type job only
