IT product MNCs such as SAP, Oracle, Google, Dell, yahoo, Adobe pay salaries in the range of 8+ Lakhs to top engineering college students.

Software engineer and Software developer are same . People use these interchangeably. LPU is a tier 2 college. It is not in top 50 top rank institutes.
