From what I've seen as a student, GIBS gets a pretty good mix of companies. You'll see brands from real estate, consulting, BFSI, tech services, startups, and FMCG coming to campus. Companies like real estate firms, marketing agencies, fintech and edtech companies, consulting firms, and growing startups regularly hire from here.

The latest episode of the GIBS IRE / GIBS Talks Podcast is mainly about learning from real industry experts and leaders. They talk about how they started their careers, what challenges they faced, and what students should focus on today. It's simple, practical and motivating — not boring theory. As a student, it really helps you understand how the real business world works and what skills matter.

New episodes are released regularly, especially when GIBS brings in guest speakers, founders, corporate leaders or mentors for sessions. So throughout the year students get new talks and fresh learning from different people. It's a nice extra

Not gonna lie, hygiene and maintenance is something I was worried about before joining, but GIBS surprised me. Washrooms are clean (yes, I'm mentioning it again because that's rare in colleges lol), classrooms don't have trash lying around, and the whole new campus feels well taken care of. I've seen staff cleaning even during breaks which keeps the space fresh. It gives that modern B-school feel and makes you comfortable spending full days on campus during PGDM.
