Fidelity only for those who have 2+ years of work ex ctc 8.84 lpa cms infosystems freshers are also eligible 5lpa ctc trainig period 18 months after that increment will be there some other companies also came but i have no knowledge i will ask to seniors and i will clear you friend feel free to ask
