You don't need to learn any language to learn JavaScript. JavaScript is a scripting language and is used in front end technology. Yes, you should have good idea about html and CSS.

You need to learn Java very first after that JavaScript. JavaScript is an essential programming language to learn because it's everywhere and in everything. Then Python. Python has always been a popular programming language to learn as it's incredibly beginner friendly. Then C#.
