    Hi, It's nothing specific as I mentioned before also. Sometime you may call it LUCK / Chance and some times all because of your own effort and also the effort of the institute that companies take candidates for the training. Quite often in present day, references are the strong source for getting into an organisation for training in in case you belong to one such institute who do not participate / encourage industry participation. my personal suggestion to you would be to make an inperson visit to some of the companies and ask for training directly.
