GRE is required for MS programs only. -
If you want to pursue UG course, then you need not take GRE exam. You only need to take IELTS exam. -
USA and Germany accepts GRE score cards and this is only for Masters.

GRE score card is used for Masters or Ph.D program, or for a fellowship. Countries which accept GRE scores are US, UK, Singapore, and Australia.
