Which countries can I go for further studies with less than 50% in HSC (Commerce) board exams?

By HSC I assume you mean your 12th, also when you say less than 50% I hope you mean something around 48%, even up to 45% may be ok with some colleges for Diploma courses. Less than that may be difficult in any country. Try NewZealand or Singapore for a Diploma of 1 or 2 years which may help you to complete a Degree if you do well in it. You can also try Australia for something similar with any non-SVP college. -
When you marks are lower than 50% you can get admission pre degree one year program Abroad and then proceed.
