Which countries can I go for? I want to do computer engineering and my budget is around 30 lakhs for this course.

Hi Utkarsh,
30 Lacs for the entire course is a low budget if you are very good in your studies to check Germany. Other options you could see are Malaysia, UAE, Ireland, Poland, etc.

You can work part time. Polish language is not necessarily, many programs are taught in English. Ireland is a good option too. I have given a link on my answer, please check that for the fee if it falls under your budget.
