Which countries have good scope apart from USA and Australia for Masters/MBA courses?

As it is very important to have a Masters degree, should I do it from UK or some other place?

It is upto your choice as USA and Australia are the top destinations for the students. Also, Ireland, Netherlands, Canada. New Zealand, Singapore, Russia, etc. Can be considered.
