I am a software engg by profession with 4yr work-ex. I am planning to do 1yr MS in Computing or Software engg. Intially Can you please suggest me which other countries offer 1 yr MS other than UK/Ireland and also suggest some good universities.

Also, education in Germany is government funded and you might have to give a minimal fee of euro 140-500.
