Which countries/universities in Europe, other than UK offer 1yr MS in Computers and allied branches?

Hi SIr/Mam I am a software engg by profession with 4yr work-ex. I am planning to do 1yr MS in Computing or Software engg. Intially Can you please suggest me which other countries offer 1 yr MS other than UK/Ireland and also suggest some good universities.
