Which country among Germany or any other should I opt for to study MS? Which MS course should I do? I am pursuing BE in electronics.

You are advised to evaluate doing MS in Germany. Germany has large educational infrastructure for higher education. There is nominal fee in most of German Universities for MS. You can subsidize your living by working part-time which is allowed as per German laws. You can work for 20 hours a week while on student visa. German government is liberal in granting work visa to students who have studied in Germany. Some of the Germany Universities such as Technical University of Munich TUM runs MS courses in English for international students.
