Which country among USA & Australia is better to pursue MS in terms of cost, job options, scholarships & self funding by working part time?

The cost of studies in both countries is relatively same. Australia have more advantage, since it is not as crowded as US. Also, visa policies of US are a little against favor these days. Whereas, Australia needs people for work there. I am not so sure about scholarships.
