Which country and branch should I choose for pursuing MS?

I'm an IT Engineer 2012 passout and 've 1.3 yrs of .Net Development Experience. I am looking out for doing MS abroad and want to continue as a .Net developer. Which country and which branch should I go for. Are there any scholarships for 1yr or 2 yr experienced candidate?
