Which country has a lower tuition fee among Germany and Australia?

German universities are cheaper than Australian universities. Here, public universities charge minimal tuition fees. They do not differentiate between domestic and international students. Tuition is higher in Australia. But there are some Tier2/3 universities that are cheaper.
