Which country is beneficial in terms of career opportunities after doing engineering among India and USA?

Wel, it is the USA because their pay scale is good as compared India but their standard of living is also high like their pay scale. It all depends on you as to where you want to live your life. -

What you see in the Indian States " restrict jobs to people of that state only" is happening on world stage also. More & more countries are becoming conservative. Unfortunately, almost all of them have negative population growth & hence needs working hands.
I feel Germany, Australia or NZ would be better countries.
