Which country is best for doing Be or b.tech in automobile engg. After doing diploma in automobile engg.?

I want to do bachelor degree level course in automobile engg from abroad & i habe diploma in it, then please suggest me that which country is best for doing that type of course or what is the cost of it?

    Germany is the best country to do automobile engg. There are many opporunities in Germany after you finish this course.
