Which country is best for pursuing Masters?

I am pursuing B.Tech EEE. I am interested to pursue Masters abroad.

Hi, The countries like Germany offer excellent opportunity and public/ state universities are almost free, but learning German is important. The courses are available in English too. In order of preference, USA, Canada, UK are the places to be. You will need GRE scores and TOEFL/ IELTS and work exp
