Which country is best to pursue MBA?

I have applied 2 times in canada but got rejected , i have 5 years of experience,71 averege percentage. i want course offer with out ielts.I am pharmacist in india

More than 5 year of education gap reflects negative as per Canada norms. MBA is always good in USA if get through to top 20 otherwise Australia could be another better option.
