Which country is better for an Indian to study MBBS in - the Philippines or Germany?

From an Indian perspective, it is far better for MBBS in the Philippines as it is mainly taught in English, thus avoiding any of the at times strenuous language barriers that one can find in Germany where at least a basic proficiency in German would be required.
