Which country is better for Bachelors in engineering, Canada or Australia?

I've completed my diploma in mechanical engineering with 7.1 CGPA and 6.5 in IELTS.

Both the countries are good. In both countries, you can get PR after 5 years of stay excluding your studies year. Good luck.
