Which country is better for MBBS among Portugal, Russia and Ukraine?

Hi,
Russia is a popular destination for Indian students. Ukraine is not considered safe and I have not heard about anyone going to Portugal for medical studies.

But will there be any problem in answering the MCI (Medical council of India) screening test because I have heard that people study in Russia and don't crack the MCI screening test.
