Hello Jithu, Germany is far better than Canada for mechanical engineers. There are lot of universities offering M.Tech courses for mechanical students with scholarships.

Hello Jithu, Sorry for the late response. For MS programs at least B2 level is required. So with just an A1 level, it will be difficult. You need to check the university websites for requirements. Germany has better opportunities right now. But you should also check your profile and university req
