Which country is better for pursuing Masters in computer science: Canada, Australia or New Zealand?

Canada is the 2nd best choice for MS in computer science after USA. So, try for Canada, in terms of expenses, scope, PR factor, environment, Canada is way better than Australia and NZ, your UG score should be over 75% and over 6.5 band in IELTS.
